Oil and Gas Africa 2010
16 - 18 March 2010

An exhibition for suppliers to oil refineries, petrochemical plants, oil and gas installations and pipelines.

The South African Oil & Gas Alliance is pleased to receive the announcement of the fourth iteration of this event which once again will front up to the challenges faced by the sub-Saharan & African Oil & Gas markets in these uncertain times.

As a member on the organising committee we look forward to co-operating with the staging of a number of concurrent networking events and assisting with structuring the Conference Programmes to meet the needs of our Members and both regional and international participants.

It was interesting to note that some 10 000 visitors, 800 delegates and over 500 exhibitors have participated in the previous three events and we look forward to building on this solid foundation to continue the development of the Western Cape & South African Oil, Gas & Energy Industries and strengthening its international ties.

We confirm our support for this initiative and look forward to meeting many new international participants and welcoming them to the Mother City of South Africa as well as those who have been working with us before and not forgetting our regionally-based colleagues, clients and suppliers.

Good luck to you and your team.

Warwick Blyth
Executive Director, South African Oil & Gas Alliance
With key International and local plenary speakers already confirmed the 2010 conference retains it's ranking as one of the premier events on the Oil and Gas calendar and Africa's leading industry interface globally.

With a wide range of topics covering everything from future fuels to skills training the mix of conference, seminars, briefings and workshops is expected to attract in the region of 750 delegates from throughout the continent.

Consolidated Representation
Working in conjunction with their respective SA Business Chambers and Economic Counsellors from the Department of Trade and Industry the organisers have scheduled inbound buyer/delegate groups from the various African Oil Producing countries.

Co-Located Event
Industry related associations and organisations are planning various complimentery technical workshops, seminars and briefings to supplement the main conference. The African Refiners Association have scheduled their AGM and two days of Downstream Workshops for the week prior to Oil and Gas Africa thus allowing International participants to take advantage of a "combo" package that lets them attend both events at a discounted rate.
All functions will culminate in the annual South African Oil & Gas Alliance golf day.
