Exhibition space is offered in various configurations:
i) Space only and Package stands start at 9m2 upwards.
ii) Market stands are 4m2 each.
iii) Panel stands are 3m2.

i) Floorspace only

ii) Space with stand package:

Stand package Includes: space, shell scheme, carpets, electrical connection, spotlights*, plug point*, conference table*, conference chairs*, company name on fascia:
* Quantities vary according to stand meterage.

(iii) Market Stand
A low budget option that includes: 4m² floor space, shell scheme and carpets; 2 x spotlights, company name on the fascia. (Please note: this does not include a power point or furniture).

Non-SADC registered companies
US$ 1,400 per unit

(iv) Panel Stand
Designed for small businesses, suppliers with limited budgets or companies that only have services to sell. A low cost exposure that still gives you all the benefits that “go with the show” including face-to-face contact with potential customers, suppliers, and industry colleagues.
Includes:
• 3m² floor space, shell scheme and carpets
• 1 x coffee table • 2 x chairs • 1 x brochure shelf
• 2 x spotlights • company name on the back wall
• 50 word company profile plus product listing in the official buyers guide. (Note: placement of panel stands is at the discretion of the organisers – no particular position can be guaranteed)
