The 9th “Field to Shop” expo featuring the products, the ingredients and the processes that take Agri-industries to market.

In South Africa the contribution of agriculture to value added agricultural products in 2006 was estimated t R 35,5 billion. This represents 2,3% of total value added to the economy.

Supported by the Agro-Processing division of The Department of Trade and Industry, who host foreign buyers to the event, the expo represents a showcase for the continent” allowing local, regional and international exhibitors to promote their products alongside each other to mutual benefit.

As with other elements of “Africa’s Big Seven” this is the only event of its kind on the continent and opens doors to a massive market.
